Domestic Shipping
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States
  • $7 flat rate shipping fee for all other domestic orders
  • All standard domestic orders ship via UPS Ground through our shipping partner, Shippo

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged:

  1. Email us at service@adashof.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible


Return Policy

Due to the limited and specialty nature of our product offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.
